At the end of 2016, RAM acquired a new site to be our English distribution base:–Althorpe Wharf near Scunthorpe.

RAM have had a number of different sites south of the border over the years including Rotherham and most recently, Snaith. However, always moving with the times and looking to improve, we have relocated this time to Althorpe.

Based on the banks of the River Trent within an existing RMS Trent Port site, this now fully operational new facility provides us with a fantastic location with wharf side services. This gives us the ability to receive materials from overseas directly by boat at wharf side: -an invaluable asset in speeding up the process and saving costs, which in turn can be passed on to our customers.
